About Ray
Ray Bulaon was born in the Philippines and came to the United States when he was 16 years old. Ray and his wife struggled as a young law student with a small growing family and were overwhelmed with job losses and never-ending bills. They learned firsthand what it feels like to be in debt and not have anyone on your side to protect you and your family's assets. After completing his law studies and obtaining his Juris Doctorate degree, he was admitted to the California Bar in 1997.
